- This Offer is applicable for HDFC bank Credit Card customers.
- The cashback offer is valid for the bookings made from 1st July to 31st March 2015 ("Offer Period")
- The customer needs to enter/quote the Deal Code at the time of booking to be eligible for the cashback offer.
- The Holiday offers (Domestic and International) are not valid on Flight + Hotel bookings made online on www.makemytrip.com.
- The cashback offer on Domestic Flight to can be availed by the customer for a maximum of 2 transactions per calendar month not exceeding 1 (one) transaction per customer per day.
- The cashback offer on International Flight can be availed by the customer for a maximum of 2 transactions per calendar month.
- The Cashback offer on Flight plus Hotel (Both Domestic and International) shall be subject to the following:
- The offer can be availed by the Customer for a maximum of 1 domestic and 1 international transaction per calendar month per customer.
- The Hotel in the package shall be 3 star or above.
- In the event the Hotel is booked for only 1 (one) night then the Hotel shall be located in the same city as the flight destination.
- In case of international bookings, hotel shall be booked for minimum 2 nights.
- In the event the flight duration to the destination in the international package is less than 3 hours then the same shall be considered as a domestic package and the cashback amounts of domestic package shall apply.
- The Cashback Offer on Domestic Flights shall be subject to the following:

- The cashback offer on Flight plus Hotel (Domestic and International) shall be subject to the following:

- The cashback offer on Online Holidays (Domestic and International booked online) shall be subject to the following:
- 10% cashback subject to maximum of INR3500.
- The offer can be availed by the customer for a maximum of 1 transaction per calendar month.
- All hotels in the package shall be of 3 star and category or above.
- The offer is valid only of packages that include both flight and hotel stay.
- This offer is valid only on packages booked online. This is not valid for bookings done through retail outlets or through call centers.
- For Domestic Hotel bookings, the minimum booking amount must be Rs. 3000/- per booking ID to avail the offer.
- For International Hotel bookings, the minimum booking amount must be Rs. 5000/- per booking ID to avail the offer.
- For Domestic Holiday Offline bookings, the minimum booking amount must be Rs. 30,000/- per booking ID to avail the offer.
- For International Holiday Offline bookings, the minimum booking amount must be Rs. 60,000/- per booking ID to avail the offer.
- For Bus Bookings, for the minimum booking amount to be eligible for cashback must be Rs. 750/- per booking ID.
- All the offers are valid on the base fare only except online Hotel offers, which shall be valid on the actual amount charged. The offer is not valid on International Flights booked for infants (0-2 years of age).
- Cashback would be calculated on the non-air component of the holiday package and will not be applicable on airfares and the taxes. All taxes, including but not limited to airport taxes, visa charges and high season surcharge, are payable by the customer and are not part of the cashback offer.
- Cashback will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions. For example, if a Customer pays in 2 instalments/transactions for 1 Booking ID, the cashback will be calculated on basis of the base amount or card charged amount (whichever is lower) of the Booking ID.
- If the Customer doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
- Offer is not valid on payments made through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD) and EMI Options.
- Within 21 working days following the date of transaction, MakeMyTrip will process a credit transaction for the cashback amount on to the customers bank account.
- Customers need to provide account information while booking, so that cashback can be credited: IFSC code (Indian Financial System Code), Account Number, Account Type (Saving/Current), Account holder’s name, Bank Name, Branch Name and Bank City.
- The Customer cannot club two offers in the same booking ID. The cashback benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MakeMyTrip, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not extended/funded by MakeMyTrip.
- If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Customer has paid Rs. 10,000 (price quoted by MakeMyTrip) for a travel service and a cashback of Rs. 1,000 has been credited to the Customer’s account, the net amount paid by the Customer is Rs. 9,000. Thus, if the Customer cancels the booking, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs. 9,000 and the balance amount will be credited to the Customer's account.
- For Bus bookings, the offer is not valid on OSRTC, UPSTRC, Luxaria Travels, BSRTC, Punjab Roadways and other state road transport corporation buses.
- Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
- The Bank and MakeMyTrip reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- In no event, the entire liability of MakeMyTrip for any dispute arising in connection with this offer shall exceed the cashback amount, a Customer is entitled to under the said offer.
- MakeMyTrip in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential and financial losses in any event whatsoever.
- In case of partial cancellation, complete cashback amount would be recalled and the customer would not be entitled for cashback.
- MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force Majeure events or situations beyond MakeMyTrip’s reasonable control.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only."
- This Offer is applicable for HDFC bank NetBanking customers.
- The cashback offer is valid for the bookings made from 1st July, 2014 to 31st March, 2015. ("Offer Period")

- This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
- The terms and conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.
- HDFC Bank NetBanking customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a 'best effort' basis.
- HDFC Bank reserve the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
- Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
- HDFC Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of gifts/ products /service provided by the vendor. The quality of the service / gift is the responsibility of the vendor / service provider.
- Any Government levies / taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, Road Tax, Airport Tax, any Local Tax etc. arising out of the same will be borne by the customer.
- The participants will not hold HDFC Bank responsible or liable for any deficiency or defect in the product/services availed by NetBanking customer, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by way of above offer.
